ComfortDelGro Australia (CDC) together with Red Bus CDC NSW, has launched its Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to advance the objectives set out in its previous Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan and build upon existing relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders throughout our national operations.
In 2022, CDC took its first steps towards deeper, more meaningful engagement and respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities with the launch of its Reflect RAP. We have taken significant steps in our reconciliation journey and the launch of Innovate RAP is a natural progression of CDC’s commitment.
CDC’s RAP is in line with the company’s vision, which is to create an inclusive, culturally safe and diverse organisation that is valued by customers and staff, built on a foundation of understanding and respect.
This Innovate RAP serves as a comprehensive guide sharing the key pillars and deliverables CDC will employ to advance reconciliation in the years to come. It also outlines the initiatives we will focus on to engage staff in reconciliation and contribute to employment and business opportunities which are genuinely inclusive of and benefit Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
